This consultation gives you dedicated time (1–1.5 hours, in person or via Zoom depending on location) with Dr. Klioze to review your medical status, discuss your goals, and build a personalized recovery plan.

Before Your Visit:

Please bring your most recent metabolic blood panel. If you don't have one, or it's over a year old, ask your primary care provider to order:

• Lipid, protein, metabolic, and CBC panels

• Uric acid

• Insulin

• 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D
